Usage-based, per-successful-step. No subscriptions, no minimums.

UIP is pay-as-you-go. You’re charged per successfully verified step — never for sessions you create, abandoned flows, or steps that fail verification. The proof is the product; if a step doesn’t produce a verified result, it isn’t billed.

Per-primitive prices

A multi-step session is billed per step: an identify + sign session that completes both steps costs $0.01 +$0.03 = $0.04**. If the user stops after the first step, you're billed only **$0.01.

$20 launch credit

Every new account starts with $20 in credit — enough for ~2,000 identity checks or ~666 document signatures while you build.

How billing works

1. Top up your balance

   Add funds to your business wallet from the dashboard (card payment). Your balance is held in wallet units — 1 USD = 10,000 units — so sub-cent prices are exact.

2. Spend per verified step

   Each step that verifies successfully deducts its price from your balance, charged the moment the result is durably recorded. A failed verification charges nothing.

3. Stay within your floor

   Self-serve accounts can dip into a small overdraft buffer so a momentary low balance never blocks a paying user; a session is cut off once you cross the floor. Top up to resume.

Enterprise

Need volume pricing, invoicing, or a credit line instead of prepaid balance? Enterprise accounts run on an admin-set credit limit and are never interrupted mid-session. Talk to us.

FAQ

Am I charged when a user abandons a session?

No. Creating a session is free, and only steps that produce a verified result are billed. An abandoned or expired session costs nothing.

Is there a subscription or minimum?

No subscription, no monthly minimum. You pay only for verified steps.

Do prices differ by wallet (Apple vs Google)?

No. Pricing is per primitive, not per wallet — an identify step costs $0.01 whether the user presents from Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
